New Religion

There are Memes all over the Internet with the words “if your religion requires you to hate, then you need a new religion.” This saying has been shown with many different images, depicting everything from Christianity to Muslim, but I would pose another statement. If you have religion, then you instead need a relationship and faithfulness. The Bible does not say that we should be religious it says that we are to be faithful. For if we are faithful, only then can we share that faith with others in love, rather than condemnation. When we use religion to condemn others, we are not living in faith, and we are not living for God.
